Stuart
Here we see Stuart not quite sequencing correctly and resulting in the dreaded "S" word. We moved into a drill in the next video to help Stuart utilise his dynamic balance.

Rotation and Weight transfer drill
By taking the club back to first parallel and promoting the hip to move to target before it reaches means Stuart doesn't hang back like he has been used to.

Post Drill
Here we see that Stuart's strike is greatly improved and his weight transfer is also noticeably better. Good work Stuart.

Rich lesson
We can see that the trail leg here never gets fully extended. Also Rich tends to lack rotation and uses his hands and arms to compensate. We worked on these faults and tried to get him to feel like he was turning "right" more with his body and quietening down his arms and hands.

Rich Post analysis
What transpired with Rich was great to see. He used his lower body far better and extended post shot as opposed to buckling the legs at impact.

Swing Changes at Richmond Golf Club
Working on Marco's lack of connection using this training aid. Marco tends to have a large space between his forearms that leads to inconsistent swings and ones that change on every shot. This drill really helped his strike and forces him to rotate and not overuse his arms.

Swing changes at Richmond Golf Club
Working on Pascal's flat swing and rotation. The training aid represents an obstruction for Pascal to miss and make the path steeper.

Pascal
Another example of one of my favourite training aids. This shows Pascal trying to bridge the gap he leaves between his arms on the takeaway and also reduces the "chicken wing" post impact.
